Atlantic City is well known as a vacation destination! While the casinos and resorts are subjects that the conversation often revolves around, the dining experience shouldn’t be left out of the dialogue. From restaurant week to foodie festivals and five star dining destinations, there’s a lot to enjoy for foodies! We’re here with a couple of different suggestions for you to take full advantage of what the Atlantic City food scene has to offer.

Upcoming Foodie Events

It’s only the beginning of the year, but there’s already much in store for Atlantic City food events in 2018.

Atlantic City Restaurant Week runs from March 4th through the 9th, and there’s a lot to look forward to this year! Nearly 50 different restaurants are participating in impressive discounts on selected dishes. Near the end of March is the Atlantic City Beer & Music Festival. Over 200 breweries will be present here and 10 local restaurants serving up delicious dishes. Vagabond, the Continental, Harry’s, and Veracruz are only some of the businesses that will be preparing food here.

Mid April you can experience the “Great Jersey Shore Burger Contest and Craft Beer Fest” at Bar Anticipation. This event sells out every year and allows you to enjoy creative burger variations along with craft beer options. Help decide who will be the People’s Choice this year!

 Newest Restaurants

The newest restaurants in Atlantic City are all located within different resorts around town, so they’re perfect choices if you happen to be traveling or enjoying leisure time in the area. At the Borgata you’ll find Michael Symon’s newest addition, Angeline. It services up Sicilian inspired dishes in a contemporary, chill atmosphere. Close by you’ll find two fresh additions to Harrah’s Resort, AC Burger Co and Coastal Craft Kitchen & Bar. The over the top milkshakes at AC Burger Co are definitely Instagram worthy, while Coastal focuses on fresh fare from the sea.

If you plan on enjoying a night out in foodie style, be sure to consider how you’ll get from one destination to the next! Instead of swiping to a ride share service, consider reserving professional transportation. It’s much more efficient to ride around with an actual chauffeur and a meticulously maintained vehicle such as a limousine or party bus if you’re with a group. If you need more information, head over to AC Limo Service.
